WHAT IS A TEAM SCOUT? AND ARE YOU A GOOD CANDIDATE?
A Team Scout is Networker: someone who stays in touch with TeamFunZ as a "Forward Observer" and lets us know when they find people interested in buying into Team Homes or turning their own vacation homes into a joint ventures. Scouts make people connections and earn healthy commissions of $2,000 to $5,000 & up for just being good connecting bridge builders. Most scouts are involved in networking their businesses anyway, and they just add our fun Teamwork concepts ( Team Homes, shared ownership, fun, travel, rentals, etc) to their own tool boxes. Our scouts enjoy narrowing the lines between business and pleasure because they work from the heart in such a way that doing business IS a pleasure!
A Team Scout is often an entrepreneur or a sales and marketing rep, but most of all, our scouts are people with adventure in their souls, business networking in their minds and positive friendly energy in their hearts. Team Scouts are people who enjoy people and like to have fun socially while evolving their connections for the future - both business and personal.
Quite often Team Scouts are somewhat 'self-employed' themselves. Many times they either run or manage their own businesses and are often involved with leads groups, marketing teams and networking - as are all "Sales" based entrepreneurs and sole proprietors these days. Using TeamFunZ talking points opens doors for your other businesses as well, and makes it easy to win new friends. SCOUTS & PERFORMANCE BASED PAY - LABOR BONUSES & NETWORKING & COMMISSIONS
One of the most unique approaches we want to experiment with is our "Team Scouts" option whereby we attract a large global network of independent entrepreneurs and sales reps who are already doing "their own thing" and can easily ADD the TeamFunZ info into their repertoire of products and services so that in their normal routine of networking, sharing and selling, they are also able to earn commissions from Team Home Sales.
This allows us to avoid a heavy "Employee Payroll" and to avail ourselves of a much wider network of key people whose talents are manyfold and whose connections can bring us great feedback, input and further outreach and creativity. Because of the unique nature of our concept, and the "Enjoyment" factor, we've learned that many people would be willing to be associates for the added benefit of being able to have discounted or FREE Vacations. Their pay would be primarily performance based with some bonus pay for those exceptional folks helping steer us into greater evolution with our services. This is also a great way to select and promote certain key people when paid or salaried positions become more necessary and available.
Team Scouts would be our field reps and stay in touch via email, conference calls and personal or regional team calls. They would be a Local Contact for people who want to know more and can only go so far with on line services. They will be invaluable for setting up local networks of vacation homes also. Their tasks are mainly to: Excite, Entice, Educate, Market, Sell and Service our Products of Shared Vacation Home Ownership. They are food soldiers in the front lines and have to be actively searching and working to earn or enjoy their own share of a vacation home as well. They can earn their shares by getting more people involved and many of them are interested in the mobile "TeamFunZ Lifestyle" that promotes a mix of "Pleasurable Business" in Life.
